Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process PerfectShipping does not process special and/or sensitive personal data about you, unless you are employed by us. We refer employees to our privacy policy plan.

Why we need data
PerfectShipping processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • entering into an employment relationship/contract agreement and the relevant administration;
  • maintaining the employment relationship/contract agreement and conducting personnel and payroll administration;

How long we keep data

After the (legal) retention period, the personal data will be destroyed. If a specific personal data falls under multiple legal regulations with regard to a mandatory retention period, the retention period that expires last will be used. Share with others
PerfectShipping does not sell your information to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, etc. to: post@perfectshipping.nl. To ensure that the request has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. We hereby ask you to black out your passport photo and Citizen Service Number (BSN) in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. PerfectShipping will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within 1 month. We may have the right to refuse your request in certain cases. In that case we will explain the refusal.
